To be honest Narendra Modi and BJP is looking so strong that not much is going to affect the victory path of BJP in the up coming elections but still we have some chances for Arvind Kejrival and his party to grow in this 2024 elections as well.

3) Another important effect would be that people in Bihar would remember Lalu Yadav again because Lalu has gone through such similar circumstances in his political career.
4) Arvind Kejrival is going to run his Government from the Jail just like Lalu Yadav Ji did in his political career so it will bring something more for AAP party in Bihar also in up coming elections.
5) If BJP or Central Government is not much strict over this case then this may convert into such political drama that will bring profit for RJD and AAP party in Bihar.
6) Public have accepted Arvind Kejrival as a Non Corrupt and clean leader so it is going to be hard to tackle the AAP party even though Kejrival and many are in Jail.

Going to jail at this point of time when elections are coming is going to create some free media promotions for the AAP party and Kejrival for sure.
All in all this little political fight between BJP and AAP might prove to be a good political promotion for both parties.
After all, Liquor Policy is related misconduct is not something really big that public would reject AAP and Arvind Kejrival all the way.
At present it is looking like a controlled and well mannered battle between the 2 parties which is good for the health of the country overall.
