I am writing this Open Letter post or blog to express my views about discrimination system in the Government and to solve the discriminatory system of the Government policies.
Firstly in this letter I would give some idea about overall Caste based discrimination that persists in the country and then I will give you more idea that how it is a very common kind of a thing which is actually not deeply routed with culture.
I don’t want to go too deep into this topic of discrimination but I would just go for raising some issues and clearing some point of views here.
Comparing Caste based Discrimination with Government Class based Discrimination :
The thing I have observed in all government jobs and at all Government offices is that there has been so much amount of hate and disrespectful behavior we can see from many government officials on the basis of Class of the employees.
We can see mostly government employees are very strict and hateful and class 1 and 2 employees are very hateful and disrespectful. Even the Peons are very hateful and disrespectful that citizens hardly like to go to government offices.
Important Points Regarding How to Remove Discrimination :
- The thing is that we blame the country’s root culture for caste based discrimination but if you look at the Government system, there also you see discrimination on the basis of 4 classes. So the thing is that discrimination is everywhere and you cannot blame nation’s root culture for that.
- You can see Class 1 and Class 2 IAS and IPS posts are getting more respect than peon posts. Moreover, Peon themselves are also so much hateful sometimes that citizens would not like to go to government offices at all.
- The thing is many people in the Government offices hijack the whole system that citizens hardly get the answers from many government offices.
- I have seen some peon also in the past who are from very poor background that sometimes you would think that this class 4 post is meaningless and it only is spreading the old feeling and mentality of slavery.
- You can see we can compare this Class 4 or Peon class with slavery because this is the post where you have not got anything to do but slavery or making tea.
- Many times some Peons are good and some peons are hateful also and the post of class 4 is misused in corruption on large basis as well. So better thing is to remove this class 4 post.
- The thing is that a certain kind of wrong feeling or misguided feeling of helplessness and slavery is produced into the peon class people which is very discriminatory.
- If you ask any good Class 1 and Class 2 employee about discrimination in government then they would also accept the suggestions to remove the Class 4 category because the world is changing.
- The very clear thing is that many times Class 1 and 2 people are given so much amount of importance that they act like they own the citizens but it is not like that. The power of all Government officials should be reduced that citizens cannot be threatened in any ways.
- The thing is that we talk about Caste based discrimination and blame our own culture and then get the whole new hateful ego fight started into the Government offices which is also very much discriminatory.
- Good Training to all Government officials is required as well which would make all government employees humble and honest enough so that Class 1 and 2 people also become lesser strict and lesser selfish.
- Talking about Class 4 Peon posts, these class 4 posts definitely should be removed or nullified so that there will be no peon or slave in the government offices.

I think the next generation of Government offices would be so well that there is going to be lesser tension in the offices. With AI and Computerization the power of Government posts will be decentralized and people will be treated more fairly in the Government offices.
Removing Class 4 from the Government offices and Private offices is going to be a milestone in the Indian jobs system and I will be very happy to take some credit as well.
Finally I would say discrimination has been there in the nation and the Class 4 discrimination related point that I have brought here is very important in that sense that no one would really think on it but this thing really exist.
